General Fitness, Strength Training, and Powerlifting Programming

This is for someone who needs a plan and a coach. You have been doing things on your own but you end up at a plateau or you find yourself not pushing yourself. With this service you will get a customized program that is catered to your fitness goals along with me coaching you on your lifts. This person must have access to a gym.

In-Person Training

This is for someone who just needs the hands-on learning for either their form of lifts, accountability, and/or a kickstart to their fitness journey. This method of training is not limited to any fitness goal however the only requirement for this commitment. The results will not come if you do not show up.

Pricing and Location

Personal Training:

Personal Training Cost:

1 Session per week - $45

2+ Sessions per week - $40 a sesion

Workout Programming Cost:

4 Week Block of scheduled workouts based on your goals - $150 for 1 month
